The things people usually ask before they book.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold public liability insurance and are ABN registered, which is what owners, landlords and building managers look for before they hire a contractor. Certificates are available on request. One thing worth knowing: there's no handyman licence in NSW, so anyone advertising as a 'licensed handyman' is describing something that doesn't exist. Where a job needs a licensed trade, we'll tell you and bring one in.
Do you look after rental and investment properties?
A lot of what we do is exactly that — keeping rentals and investment properties in good shape between tenants and during them. We're happy to deal with you directly or work in with your managing agent, and either way you get photos of what was done, so you can see it's sorted without driving out to check.
How much do your services cost?
We quote each job based on the scope, access and condition of the property. The quote lists the work and costs so you can decide what to proceed with. Some jobs need a site visit before we can price them.
What counts as a job too small?
Small jobs are welcome, including a gate that won't latch, a loose fence panel or a fitting that needs mounting. Send a photo and we can discuss the work and whether it makes sense to combine it with other repairs.
Can you turn a property around between tenants?
Yes. Make-ready work is one of our main service lines — repairs, cleaning, garden and presentation handled as a single scoped job with one point of contact, so you're not juggling four trades against a deadline to get the place leased again.
Which areas do you service?
Over 25 suburbs across Western Sydney and the lower Blue Mountains, from Mount Druitt and St Clair through Penrith and out to Springwood. If you're near the edge of that, ask — we usually can.
How quickly can you start?
Availability depends on the job and our current schedule. We aim to respond promptly and will confirm a suitable time after reviewing the details. If the work is urgent, call 0494 301 215 to check availability.
Do you offer one-off jobs or ongoing maintenance?
Both. Some people book a single job; owners and landlords with a few places usually set up a regular schedule with us. Either way, our regular clients get priority when something urgent comes up.
